  1. 01Every wallet's points are recomputed from indexed activity up to the block and then frozen.
  2. 02The wallet-age penalty is applied once, to wallets younger than 30 days at that block.
  3. 03The full list, with every total and every breakdown, is published.
  4. 04Activity after the block still earns points. It does not count for this allowlist.

The $GLASS allocation attached to each tier is published before the snapshot, never after it.
